When adding new tasks, include:

- **Goal:** What are we trying to achieve?

- **Frequency:** Daily/Weekly/As-needed
|
|
- **Time Budget:** Expected time per session
|
|
- **Success Metrics:** How do we know it's working?
|
|
- **Tools Needed:** What access/software required?
|
