Use tunnel user's keys on ingress.nixc.us 
- stack.production.yml: mount /home/tunnel/.ssh/ for host_key,
  authorized_keys, and deploy_key (tunnel user's keys on ingress.nixc.us)
- README + systemd env examples: reference tunnel user authorized_keys
