Adds automated scanning for unused files, exports, and dependencies:
- New CI step (scan-unused) in Woodpecker pipeline
- Pre-push git hook blocks pushes if unused code detected
- npm scripts: scan:unused, scan:deps
- Config files for knip and depcheck to handle dynamic imports
